The assessment

The Leadership Square assessment is a self-reflection tool. Results describe your own answers about visible behaviour; they are not a psychometric evaluation, a hiring instrument, or professional advice, and should not be used to make employment decisions about anyone.

Coaching and speaking

Enquiries and bookings made through this site are requests, not contracts. Specific engagements are agreed separately in writing between you (or your organisation) and Amos Ologunleko.

The book and third-party links

Book purchases happen on Amazon under Amazon's own terms. Links to WhatsApp, Cal.com, LinkedIn, and press articles lead to services we do not control and are provided for convenience.

Content and intellectual property

The Leadership Square, Leadership G.O.T. B.O.R.N., S.O.A.R H.I.G.H., and the other frameworks, together with the text and design of this site, belong to Amos Olusegun Ologunleko. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial parts, or use the frameworks commercially, without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping of personal data, no attempts to breach security, no submitting another person's details without their permission.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on assessment results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
